Absolute Serenity
daily treatment very nice view
My presidential suite room included daily spa treatments. This room had spacious accommodations with an very nice view. I found the resort grounds well maintained with beautiful gardens.
I had to wait a long time for a cart.

The hotel is on the beach, thus is a sea side resort. Getting into the city requires a short taxi or Grab ride. Hoi An is a convenient distance.

mixed feelings on cleanliness, noise, and cart waits
constant noise long waits
getting around was an exercise in patience, i waited ages for a cart. the spa and breakfast location were inconvenient. No direct access from the main building meant trekking around it or more waiting for those blasted golf carts.
